It is mainly used for the slitting of tinplate, galvanized iron, silicon steel plate, cold rolled steel strip, stainless steel strip, aluminum strip, steel strip and other coils. For cutting coils into strips of the required size. The metal coil material is cut into items of various widths and then made into small coils again for the next process. The main function of this metal steel coil slitting production line is to cut the width of the coil into smaller coils, and can provide any thickness. Because the thickness of the coil is proportional to the capacity of the slitting line, a larger thickness of the main coil requires a larger type of slitter. Brief introduce of Slitter part
1. The lower cutter axle is fixed, upper cutter axle adopts AC reduced motor drive, and the dial gauge shows the adjustment. When changing the cutter die, the movable block can be moved out with hydraulic cylinder drive.
2. Upper and lower cutter shaft material: No. 45 steel, with quenching treatment, the surface rigidity: HRC52-57.
3. Head treatment hardness of the blade and the spacer bush: HRC40-45, through optimize, the thickness of the two blades more than any integer millimeter up 3mm can match.
4. The cutter axle through the universal shaft and reduced motor, and it adopts DC speed adjusted motor drive, which can adjust stepless speed regulating.
5. The cutter axle diameter: Φ240mm, effective length: 1600mm.
6. Blade material: SKD11, head treatment hardness: HRC 58-61.
7. It’s welded by steel plate and section steel.
8. There are two slitting platforms for fast changing the cutting blades.
