Description
Brief introduction
The line can continuously produce Rock
wool sandwich panel, working speed about 5-7m/min. The machine can produce
PUR/PIR sandwich panel, Rockwool/EPS sandwich panel or Mineral wool sandwich
panel.
Components of the line
The whole line includes the following
parts: uncoiling system, roll forming machines, preheating oven, foam machine,
rock wool system, accessories of foaming system, double belt conveyor, double
belt heating device, cutting system, stacking system, packing system, etc. The
rock wool system consists of rock wool lifting device, rock wool slitting
device rock wool turning device, upper and lower foam spraying system, two
sides foam sealing system, dust collecting device and conveyor, etc.
