EPS Sandwich Panel Machine is an integrated production line consisting of a roll forming machine and a sandwich panel laminating system. The roll forming machine consists of decoiler, guiding, film covering, precutting, forming, and supporter. The laminating system consists of guiding, laminating, film covering, glue applying, groove making, dusting and post-cutting. The whole machine is under control of PLC.
The line can produce three types of panels: flat wall sandwich panel, push-in sandwich panel and corrugated sandwich panel.
Special sizes of sandwich panel can be designed in our company. The machine can be customized based on the customer's specific technical requirements.

EPS Sandwich Panel Production Line is an integrated production line consisting of roll forming machine system and sandwich panel laminating system. The roll forming machine system consists of decoilers, guiding, film covering, precutting, upper&lower roll forming machines, and conveyors. The upper roll forming machine is on the platform for forming the upper steel proflile and the lower roll forming machine is on the floor for forming the lower steel profile. The laminating system consists of guiding, laminating, film covering, glue applying, groove making, dusting and post-cutting.
The whole line is under control of PLC. The line can produce many types of panels: flat wall sandwich panel, push-in sandwich panel, corrugated sandwich panel or many other profiles requested by customers.

Sandwich Panel Roll Forming Machine is the rolling forming section of the sandwich panel continuous line. It’s producing the upper or lower metal layer of the sandwich panel. It can produce the wall or roof profile. The roll forming machine can be switched by moving on the rail for producing different profiles. It can automatically guide, micro ribbing and roll forming.
