High Quality Roller Forming Unit
1) The machine frame adopts welding structure with blasting treatment.
2) The roller is made of 38CrMoAl, through forging, precision numerical control machining, and the surface with nitrogen treatment. With long usage life and stable structure.
3) It has high feeding precision and work smoothly.
Stable Flying Cutting System
1) The cutting frame is driven by a servo motor to realize no stop and flying cutting.
2) The cutting blade material is Cr12MoV with quenched treatment
3) The guide device adopts Guide Column and sleeve structure. It can make the cutting blades cut off the panel smoothly.
