Shutter Roll-up Shaft Roll Forming Machine is an automatic production line which can makes Shutter Roll-up Shaft or we call it Octagonal Tube. Shutter Roll-up shaft is a part of roll shutter door/window, working together with Tubular Motor, Curtain(slats), Guides, Safety break, and End plates.
The working process of the machine mainly includes uncoiling, servo feeding, hole punching by press machine, roll forming, straightening, non-stop shearing and output. User can decide the length of the tube through setting parameter in the HMI.
We are making customized machines according to the user’s request, for example different tube diameter, different sheet thickness.

The roller comprises of a steel tube with a tubular motor fitted at one end and a shaft at the opposite end. A tubular motor is fitted into the shutter's overhead barrel assembly.
